In December Rep. Denlinger presented a House of Representatives Citation to Jeff Meyers of Ephrata. Meyers, who is disabled and needs the daily assistance of his caregiver, Cynthia Hammond, sprung into action when he noticed Hammond having difficulty breathing. He called 911 and flagged down the ambulance. Doctor's say Meyers' quick action likely saved Hammond's life. Here, Denlinger stand with Meyers, Hammond, and Meyers' parents, Sharon and Ray.
